This highly interactive five-day workshop prepares faculty and design staff to implement the Hybrid-Flexible (HyFlex) instructional model in their courses. Participants who complete all workshop activities and assignments receive two HyFlex Learning Community achievement badges: HyFlex Fundamentals and HyFlex Planning.
AI Support for Design - Workshop tools include six GenAI custom GPTs developed specifically to support HyFlex Course Design.
AI Support for Learning - Workshop activities and resources will also use multiple custom GPTs developed to support the learning process. Use of these tools will model effective practice for participants' own course and workshop designs.
Live workshop sessions meet from 11:00 pm - 12:30 pm ET (8:00 am - 9:30 am PT) on Monday, January 11 through Friday, January 15. Five live sessions are available; all are recorded and posted for later review. All workshop content and activities are also available fully asynchronously, enabling you to learn and participate "anytime, anywhere". You get to choose how to participate!
